1. The Training Room e-Booking System is open for all Nu Skin Malaysia & Brunei Sales Leaders (Executive and above). The training rooms are available for booking on a first come, first serve basis from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ("Booking Hours"). Booking on Public Holidays and Sunday are subject to the approval of Nu Skin (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd (the "Company") with additional charges.
2. The table below sets out the Rental Fees for booking the training rooms from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.:

3. No cancellation, refund or re-schedule of booking will be allowed after confirmation of booking and payment.
4. The company gives priority to corporate training, function and event. Should your booking date coincide with any Nu Skin's corporate training, function or event which requires the use of the training rooms, the Company reserves the absolute right to amend/ postpone/ cancel your booking at any time but will endeavour to give you prior notice. In such case, the Company may offer you an alternative booking and you will be charged accordingly.
5. For housekeeping purposes, the training room should have a gap of at least 1 hour before the next occupancy.
6. All facilities in the training room should be handled with care. Losses and damages due to improper use of the training room and facilities will be charged at the rate to be determined by the Company at its absolute discretion. The Company reserves the right to make final decision in case of any disputes and the decision of the Company is final and conclusive.
7. The Company shall not be responsible for the security or the loss or damage of any items brought in by you or the attendees, nor shall the Company be responsible for any expenses, damages, losses, insurance claims or legal demands arising out of or in connection with any accidents or incidents occurring to any persons engaged with the use of the training room and its facilities. You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its affiliates and their officers, directors and employees harmless for all losses, demands, costs, liabilities, accidents or injuries suffered by them or any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the training room or your breach of any of these Terms and Conditions.
8. You agree that the Company or its representative may attend the entire or part of your training and record all or part of the training including but not limited to any activities or presentations conducted during the training.
9. All external audio/video devices are NOT allowed in Nu Skin Training Room.
10. No foods & beverages are allowed in Nu Skin Training Room, unless otherwise approved in writing by the Company. Distributors are responsible to ensure cleanliness of the training rooms at all times.
