Terms and Conditions

 

Unless otherwise specified, “Nu Skin” herein refers to Nu Skin Malaysia.

The Training Room e-Booking System is open for all Nu Skin Malaysia & Brunei Sales Leaders (Brand Representative and above). The use of the Training Rooms is subject to the following terms and conditions which will form part of the terms and conditions of the “Booking of Training Room” Form (“Booking Form”).  By signing the Booking Form or by using Nu Skin Training Rooms, you are bound by the terms and conditions contained herein.

  1. Application
      1. The Training Rooms are available for booking on a first come, first serve basis from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. ("Booking Hours").
      2. Booking on Public Holidays and Sundays are subject to the approval of Nu Skin with additional charges.
      3. Full Payment is required for confirmation of booking
      4. The table below sets out the Rental Fees for booking the training Rooms from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.:

  2. Cancellation
    1. No cancellation, refund or re-scheduling of booking will be allowed after confirmation of booking and payment.
    2. Nu Skin gives priority to corporate training, functions and events. Should your booking date coincide with any of Nu Skin's corporate training, functions or events which require the use of the Training Rooms, Nu Skin reserves the absolute right to amend/postpone/cancel your booking at any time but will endeavour to give you prior notice. In such case, Nu Skin may offer you an alternative booking and you will be charged accordingly.
  3. Use of Training Rooms
    1. Nu Skin Training Rooms shall only be used for the purpose of developing your Nu Skin business and/or Nu Skin training events.  Nu Skin reserves the right to refuse entry and/or stop or prohibit the use of the Training Rooms and/or to cancel any booking herein should the same, in Nu Skin sole discretion, not be related to aforementioned purpose. 
    2. All applicants understand and agree to comply with the Nu Skin Speaker Guidelines which require compliance with Nu Skin’s Policies & Procedures, Social Media Guidelines, Opportunity Testimonial Guidelines, and Product Testimonial Guidelines. Applicants agree that any violation of Nu Skin policy will be handled in accordance with Chapter 6 of the Policies & Procedures.
    3. The applicant shall ensure that there is no unlawful use of the Training Rooms, nuisance, damage, disturbance, annoyance, inconvenience or any other occurrence which may give cause for reasonable complaint to occur.  Nu Skin reserves the right to refuse entry to or to immediately eject from the Training Rooms any person whose presence is in the opinion of Nu Skin is undesirable and/or whose conduct is objectionable, disorderly or disruptive or in violation of any laws.  The applicant shall be held fully responsible for the conduct and behavior of all attendees, and the applicant shall indemnify Nu Skin for any and all losses (including consequential, indirect, special and incidental losses) damages, costs and claims suffered by Nu Skin arising from or in connection with the conduct and behavior of its attendees and/or the use of the Training Rooms. 
    4. Nothing is to be nailed, screwed, stapled, drilled or adhered to any wall, door, ceiling, window or other surfaces or any part of the Training Rooms.
    5. Goods, equipment (audio video systems), fixtures and furniture (chairs and tables) in the Training Rooms should be handled with care. 
    6. All external audio/video devices are NOT allowed in Training Rooms unless prior written approval of Nu Skin is obtained.
    7. Nu Skin shall under no circumstances be liable to make good or accept responsibility or liability arising in respect of any damage or theft or loss of any property, goods, articles or things placed in the Training Rooms by the applicant or any attendee.
    8. No foods & beverages are allowed in Nu Skin Training Rooms, unless prior written approval is obtained from Nu Skin. Attendees are responsible to ensure cleanliness of the Training Rooms at all times.
    9. The Training Rooms will only be opened 30 minutes prior to the confirmed use time and must be vacated no later than 30 minutes after the agreed end time.
    10. In the event that Nu Skin permits an extension of usage of the Training Rooms beyond the agreed hours, the applicant agrees to pay for such extension.
    11. You agree that Nu Skin or its representative may attend the entire or part of your training and record all or part of the training including but not limited to any activities or presentations conducted during the training.
    12. For housekeeping purposes, the Training Rooms should have a gap of at least 1 hour before the next occupancy.
  4. Damage

    All facilities in the Training Rooms should be handled with care. Losses and damages due to improper use of the Training Rooms premises or property and facilities caused by the applicant or any of the attendees will be charged at the rate to be determined by Nu Skin at its absolute discretion. The applicant shall reimburse Nu Skin for the replacement cost and/or cost of repair of such damage upon receiving written notification from Nu Skin.

  5. Liability

    Nu Skin shall not be responsible for the security or the loss or damage of any items brought in by you or the attendees, nor shall Nu Skin be responsible for any expenses, damages, losses, insurance claims or legal demands arising out of or in connection with any accidents or incidents occurring to any persons engaged with the use of the Training Rooms and their facilities. You agree to indemnify and hold Nu Skin, its affiliates and their officers, directors and employees harmless for all losses, demands, costs, liabilities, accidents or injuries suffered by them or any third party arising out of or in connection with your use of the Training Rooms or your breach of any of these terms and conditions.

  6. General

    Nu Skin reserves the right to amend or revise any of the above terms and conditions from time to time at its absolute discretion without notice and the applicant agrees to comply with the revised terms and conditions applicable at the relevant time. Nu Skin reserves the right to interpret these terms and conditions and decide on any questions or disputes arising under these terms and conditions. You agree that all such interpretations and decisions shall be final and conclusive. No enquiries, appeals verbal or written, shall be entertained.
